IELR is a digital repository developed by National Institute for Economic Research “Costin C. Kiriţescu”, Romanian Academy (NIER) in partnership with The European Marketing and Management Association (EUMMAS), and Centre for Economic Information and Documentation (CIDE).

The database is hosted by NIER.
